Pool Heater Information & Disclaimer:
Pool heating is available for an additional fee (plus tax) and requires a minimum of three consecutive days.
Please note that the pool heater is available, it may require 24–48 hours to reach optimal temperature. While we strive to maintain a comfortable swimming environment, the heater’s performance may be affected by outdoor temperatures, weather conditions, or equipment limitations.
Heater functionality is not guaranteed. Refunds will only be issued for pool heating issues beyond our control, No further compensation will be issued.
Parking Information:
Please be mindful of all posted parking signs and parking flow throughout the resort. Guests are welcome to park in the driveway, in any of the designated parking areas and overflow parking lots located throughout the resort. Do not block sidewalks/driveways and do not park on the grass. Parking violations may result in towing enforced by ChampionsGate Resort.
Trash Information:
Please ensure all trash is secured in trash bags and put inside the trash bench by the front door. The trash is collected daily but will not be collected if it is not bagged.

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules:
No Smoking Indoors - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
No Pets Allowed - Pets are not permitted on the property.
No Parties or Events - Gatherings, parties, or events are not allowed.
Maximum Occupancy - Do not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
Air Conditioning Use - Please do not set the thermostat below 72°F. Ensure all windows and doors remain closed while the AC is in use to maintain efficiency.
Inventory - Please do not remove any items from the home
Damages - Accidents happen, if any damages occur - please report it to us immediately

Nice, clean, and new place (still smelled like new!). We stayed 2 nights, enjoyed the pool, and the sunshine! Great 2 room place!

This place was wonderful for our family vacation with our adult children and son -in- law. The kitchen had everything that we needed and there was plenty of space for all 6 of us. We paid to have the pool heated, and it was wonderful after a long day at the parks. We also enjoyed a day at the beach and in the community. The community is well maintained and there are a lot of fun things to do for people of all ages within the community. There are plenty of stores nearby and we had Walmart drop off, but ran to nearby stores when we ran out of basics. The house is well maintained and clean. We loved are stay and would stay again.

This place was perfect for us and our adult children. Plenty of room for all 7 of us. We took advantage of the pool and waterslide. Super fun! The home was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for a couple of home- cooked meals. We enjoyed the arcade game and foosball table. We upgraded to heat the pool and that was great on nights after the amusement parks. Lots of shopping close by, and it was super easy to get to the Disney and Universal parks. This was a great place to call home base on our Florida vacation. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful rental.
